Project Tracking is for the contractor who wants to track his/her construction work. after they have won the job. It is for the contractor who "wants to "get it right" and receive weekly or monthly reports on the project.
Overview
JOB COSTING CHECK LIST
1. Profit and loss report on each job for each stage at any time during construction.
2. Reports on all material usage in each stage of the job. (Help identify variations to the contract)
3. Complete ordering system and comparison of prices estimated and actual price paid.
4. Employee - Customer & Supplier databases.
5. Progress claims correctly set out, accurate and profits are claimed progressively for each stage.
6. Automatically accounts for previous claims and accurately assesses the new Progress Claim.
7. Invoicing on your own letterhead/stationery.
8. All invoices and orders automatically flow to the creditors and debtors file. You do not have to wait for the supplier's account to arrive.
