Time Log app
Labour hours for tradespeople are logged on the device within each service work job.
The Time Log app, allows an authorised person to enter their times on a smart phone for the jobs which they are authorised.
The Time Log app, does not provide access to all the SiteManager features. It only allows labour times to be entered for the job.
A tradesperson or apprentice is given a number of jobs spread over different properties.
The address of the job and the contact person is provided by texting.
As the job is completed, the labour hours are entered and the job marked as completed.
Head office has the hours immediately and is able to invoice the customer faster.
